CANCELLATION POLICY
Bella MediSculpt Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. To respect the time reserved specifically for each client and our scheduled providers, Bella MediSculpt requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Same-day cancellations: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. For appointments booked as part of a prepaid package, late cancellations and no-shows may result in the applicable fee or session being deducted from the package. By scheduling an appointment with Bella MediSculpt, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. *Cancellation fees are separate from prepaid package pricing and do not reduce or replace the number of sessions purchased* We appreciate your understanding and consideration of the time reserved exclusively for your care. 🤍
